Helping out friends

We gave baby items to The Restoration House in Hammond.

We completed our First Large Crop.  We had 15 ladies attend.  Everyone worked on their own projects and learned some new techniques.  We taught a How To Class for a few ladies.  Played Scrapbook Bingo, King Cake Taste contest, crowned Mrs. Most Mardi Gras, and gave back to the community.  Our next Crop is August 19-21, 2016.  Thank you for all who attended.

January Weekend Crop

Sangria Card

Sangria is the paper featured this month by Close To My Heart.  Inspired by Sheena Brooks I created this card using Champagne, Poppy and Eggplant inks. Also, D1663 Floral Banners Stamp Set.  I used the Artistry Cricut Cartridge to cut out the leaf. September Cards

Zoe B&T

 Zoe Backgrounds & Texture card using Whisper, Sorbet, Buttercup, Glacier & Black ink. The SOTM S1509 and CC1041 National Stamping Month Stamp. 

Nevermore

We used Nevermore Backgrounds & Texture paper and Sorbet Cardstock to make this pinwheel card and embossing folders of choice.  We de-embossed with Whisper ink. We used the "For Someone Special" from C1607.

Card clubs are a great way to learn lots of techniques.  September card club was loaded with techniques.  Ask how you can join or even start your own card club near you. 

Zoe Workshop on the Go

Using the Zoe Workshop on the Go I created these two layouts.  I added more pictures than what was suggested.  You have that option.  With the remaining products I can create more layouts or cards.  Also, that exclusive stamp set that comes with the kit is very easy to be used with other projects.
